Users have access to only
authorized options based upon their security level. The menu below shows all
options available, but the user is not authorized to two options, which are
grayed out and not available to use.

Press any of the above
buttons to start the program attached to the button.
The HELP tag on the form
will display detailed help for the form displayed, if available.
Press Exit to close the
application.
In addition to the main menu
above, most of the individual forms also have drop down menus that allow the
user to quickly navigate to another authorized form.

The drop downs for creating
an excel spreadsheet allows the user to extract all lead data or only the
active leads into an excel spreadsheet for further analysis.

Also available for most
options in the application is Help Documentation. This documentation is
available by selecting the Display Help Drop Down Item.

This is the Product Launch
Maintenance Form. New product launch groups may be entered on this form, or
currently active product launch details may be edited.
The user may enter a partial
MTC Product name to limit the number of entries in the display of active
Product Names. When Search is pressed, only products matching the partial name
will be displayed. If the Partial
Product Name field is left blank, when Search is pressed all Product Groups
will be displayed.

If Add is pressed, the user
will be allowed to add new records.
If Exit is pressed the form
will be closed.
Once the Search button has
been pressed a list of Product Launch Descriptions will be displayed.

If Add is pressed, the user
will be allowed to add new records.
If Exit is pressed the form
will be closed.
If a Product is selected for
maintenance details will be displayed to allow changes to be made.

If Exit is pressed the form
will be closed.
If Delete is pressed, an
attempt will be made to delete the Product from the list. Delete is not allowed
if the Product is part of a active lead.
If enter is pressed, the
Product Data will be updated.
If the small calendar button
to the right of the Start Date is pressed, a calendar will be displayed to
assist the user in selecting the start date. The user may chose the month to be
displayed, by pressing the down arrow on the left hand drop down and the year
from the left hand drop down. Press any calendar date on the form to select
that date.

Once a date is selected the
form will be closed and the date selected wibb be returned to the form.
This is the Target Detail
Status display. The active detail records are listed for the user to select and
display detail. If there is a green check, the item is a new record. If there
is a red x the contact is past due.

Select the appropriate drop
down value to record status.
If exit is pressed, the form
will be closed.
Once an item is selected,
the detail status for that lead is displayed.

The Maintain Customer Lead
form is used to update or add individual customer leads.
If a partial customer lead
name is entered on this display, a list of leads that match the partial name
will be displayed when the search button is pressed. If no partial name is
entered, when search is pressed, all customer leads will be in the list. The
latter action is not recommended, due to the amount of time necessary to load
the list.

to add/update the customer lead record.

pressed, a new record will be created in the tracking system.
